As we stated in our opening post, we are dedicated to rooting out the groups that are perpetrating the riots and violence as well as their supporters. We will also be targeting thugs who hide behind the label of “Mishmeres hatznius” to intimidate and threaten store owners and others. We are currently in the process of exploring the very real possibility of designating the Neturei Karta and the “Tzniyus patrols” as a Foreign Terrorist Organizations. This will freeze their assets and make it a crime to send them financial contributions. We feel that we have a strong case for this as their violent activities of beating women on buses, pouring oil on women not dressed according to their standards, shaking down businessman to accomplish their goals clearly fit item #3 below “The organization’s terrorist activity or terrorism must threaten the security of U.S. nationals” – keeping in mind that many of the victims such as Miriam Shear are American citizens, as are residents of Yerushalayim and Ramot Beit Shemesh whose stores have been singled out for strong-arming and worse.
Legal Criteria for Designation under Section 219 of the INA as amended
1) It must be a foreign organization.
2) The organization must engage in terrorist activity, as defined in section 212 (a)(3)(B) of the INA (8 U.S.C. § 1182(a)(3)(B)),* or terrorism, as defined in section 140(d)(2) of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1988 and 1989 (22 U.S.C. § 2656f(d)(2)),** or retain the capability and intent to engage in terrorist activity or terrorism.
3) The organization’s terrorist activity or terrorism must threaten the security of U.S. nationals or the national security (national defense, foreign relations, or the economic interests) of the United States.
The leaders of Neturei Karta have, for too long, brought shame upon our people by standing arm in arm with kissing and even davening for Yasar Arafat, yimach shemo and now they claim to stand in “solidarity” with Machmud Achmadinajd yimach shemo, our modern day version of Hitler, a man who has on too many occasions threatened to “wipe Israel off the map”. The United States has designated Iran as an enemy of this country and these people give him aid and comfort. They have taken the name of the Satmar Rebbe, zatzal, and dragged it through the mud to promote their own agenda of hatred. We are seeking lawyers who would be willing to work pro-bono to assist us in this endeavor of getting these people classified as enemy combatants and cut off their sources of funding.
We urge you to go on the NIS website and report Neturei Karta's activities.

While your goals are laudable, you faced two obstacles:
1) The NK and their ilk don't use the internet and don't care what's on it.
2) The US is too busy trying to figure out how to declare the entire state of Israel a terrorist organization to care about some odd looking fundamentalists who have never threatened to blow up the White House.
Garnel, although they have not threatened to blow up the white house they have caused harm to American Citizens abraod and give comfort to those America has classified as enemies of the state. Also, we will not only be using the internet but the power of law enforcement as well as the traditional press to go after these people and their supporters.
Wouldn't it be more logical to get them declared a Terrorist Organization in Israel first?
The difficulty with the statement that they are giving comfort to American enemies is that right now the American president is treating those enemies as if they were best friends.
